SHIPPING CHARGES 

Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:

 

    1. Orders of RM 500 and above are entitled to delivery free of charge within Malaysia and Singapore.

    1. For West Malaysia, the delivery charge is RM 7.50 for those orders below RM 500.

    1. For East Malaysia, the delivery charge is RM 16.00 for those orders below RM 500.

    1. For Singapore, the delivery charge is RM 15.00 for those orders below RM 500.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are subject to processing before being accepted and shipped. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We use DHL ecommerce as our standard delivery courier. All the orders will be processed and delivered within  – 7 business days (West Malaysia) , 5 – 7 business days (East Malaysia).

Once an order has been placed, you are not allowed to change the shipping address. We recommend carefully reviewing the shipping address before finalising your order to ensure accuracy.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All the sales are finals. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

PEAK LIVING does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such a case, please send a photo of the damaged items to [email protected] within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at [email protected] 

immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PEAK LIVING will exchange products if the returned products were received by the purchaser in damaged condition or were incorrectly sent by contact us immediately. PEAK LIVING reserves the right to request for any photo evidence and/or to request you to bring the said damaged/defective or wrong item in its original packaging together with the original receipt and original packaging that come with it for our inspection. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. PEAK LIVING will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. GIFT CARDS

1. E-Gift Card

E-Gift Cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold at www.shop.peakliving.today on our website at www.shop.peakliving.today. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of E-Gift Cards.

2. Redemption

Redemption of E-Gift Cards are applicable to be redeemed on our website at www.shop.peakliving.today. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash.

3. Refunds

No refunds are permitted with respect to cards.

4. Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your E-Gift Card, contact Customer Service immediately. E-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase. E-Gift Cards have c ash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. PEAK LIVING will not be liable for redeemed E-Gift Cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your E-Gift Card number and PIN online.

5. Limitations

E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. E-Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to cancel and refund E-Gift Cards related to suspicious activity.

6. Our Policies

Any claim or dispute between you and PEAK LIVING that arises in whole or in part from the Sites or the Interactive Services shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and PEAK LIVING’s failure to assert any right or provision under these terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. It is the express wish of the parties that these terms of use and all related documents be drawn up in English. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you and PEAK LIVING agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the sites and the interactive services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

7. Risk of loss

Ownership and risk of loss of E-Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards.

If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your E-Gift Card, please contact Customer Service. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

9. Payment methods

E-Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard.

10. Delivery information and requirements for E-Gift Card purchasers

All orders and successful delivery of E-Gift Cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser’s financial institution. If the date on which you want an E-Gift Card delivered has passed and the recipient has not received an email confirmation with the E-Gift Card details, please contact Customer Service. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

We are not responsible for E-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Service if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her E-Gift Card.

11. Reasons for failed delivery

If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the E-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.

2. Recipient’s firewall blocked the email.

3. Email inbox has exceeded its size limit.

4. Invalid email address.

If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email options/settings of the recipient will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, PEAK LIVING will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
